Notice of the Annual General Meeting in Misen Energy AB (publ)

The shareholders of Misen Energy AB (publ), reg. no. 556526-3968, (the “Company”) are hereby invited to the annual general meeting to be held on Tuesday 29 April 2014 at 10.00 a.m. CET at the offices of Baker & McKenzie Advokatbyrå, Vasagatan 7, 8th floor, SE-101 23 Stockholm, Sweden.

The complete notice is attached (download it here). The notice has been published on the Company’s website www.misenenergy.se and announced in the Swedish Official Gazette on 1 April 2014. On the same day, an announcement of the notice was made in Dagens Industri.

The annual report and the auditor’s report, proxy forms and the proposal of the Nominating Committee will as of 8 April 2014 be available at the Company’s offices at Engelbrektsgatan 32, SE-411 37, Gothenburg, Sweden and at the Company’s website www.misenenergy.se, and will upon request be sent to the shareholders who provide their address.

Misen Energy AB (publ) (formerly Svenska Capital Oil AB (publ)) is a Swedish upstream oil and gas company with operations in Ukraine. The company was founded in 2004 and its shares are since 12 June 2007 traded on NasdaqOMX First North.
In 2011, Misen Energy AB (publ) acquired all shares in Misen Enterprises AB and its wholly-owned Ukrainian subsidiary, Karpatygaz LLC, including the rights to 50.01% of the revenue and profit from a gas production project in Ukraine.
