Publication of the Annual Report 2013 and other documents for AGM in Misen Energy AB (publ)

The following documents have been published today in Swedish and English on the company’s website: the Annual Report for 2013 (download it here), the Nominating Committee’s proposal to the AGM (download it here) and a form proxy for voting (download it here). The documents are also available at the company offices at Engelbrektsgatan 32, SE-411 37, Gothenburg, Sweden, and will upon request be sent to the shareholders who provide their address.

The audit report deviates from standard due to the uncertainty in Ukraine as regards the sales process of natural gas as well as due to the fact that the company during the year was twice late with payment of taxes and social benefit fees.

Misen Energy AB (publ) (formerly Svenska Capital Oil AB (publ)) is a Swedish upstream oil and gas company with operations in Ukraine. The company was founded in 2004 and its shares are since 12 June 2007 traded on Nasdaq OMX First North.
